UForms Wireless Q & A
Q - How difficult is it to make UForms work on my server?
A - UForms is a self contained executable (ISAPI.dll). One only needs to run the install on the server.
Any virtual directories (domains) that are to use this dll simply include this directory within the virtual domain in IIS.
Q - Do my source images need to be in a certain format.
A - Yes, they should be in BMP format as UForms changes images to BMP format prior to manipulating them and serving them. Source images can be
in JPG or PNG format however this forces UForms to convert them to BMP first so it is best to have them in BMP format to avoid this.
Q - Does UForms do anything else other than convert images
A - Yes, UForms is also a report engine. It can be incorporated into any application either online or not. Online the ISAPI.dll
produces reports from your database in PDF format.
